WHAT WE DO

  • Our curated services include staff professional learning, project design and management, curriculum development, and direct client-facing services. The common thread- centering the goals and experiences of recent arrivals and hopeful New Americans and the stakeholder teams that support them.

  • We support schools and districts in designing and implementing instruction that meets the unique needs of multilingual learners while aligning with local, state, and federal compliance standards. Our services include professional development, instructional coaching, and guidance in creating equitable learning environments that empower multilingual students to thrive.

  • Our multilingual outreach and cultural navigation services connect organizations with diverse communities through culturally responsive communication, advocacy, and resource mapping. We specialize in bridging linguistic and cultural gaps to foster trust, access, and meaningful engagement across all stakeholders.

  • We equip teams to address the complexities of trauma in culturally dynamic communities through strength-based, trauma-responsive strategies. Our approach centers on power restoration—building individual and collective resilience to create healing, empowering, and inclusive spaces.

  • We partner with organizations to design and implement programs that prioritize cultural competency and humility. From staff training to curriculum integration, our services are grounded in the belief that culturally relevant programming drives inclusion, equity, and impactful outcomes for all communities.
